PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information has a job. Nothing more.

Last updated August 11, 2026

What Crew Fitness collects

Account details such as your name and verified email, the fitness profile and logs you choose to save, beta feedback and support conversations you submit, and basic usage records such as when your account was last active and how many days you used the service.

Why it is used

Your information is used to operate your private fitness dashboard, keep your records tied to your account, understand whether the product is useful, improve Crew Fitness, protect the service, and send optional product or promotional emails only when you have opted in. Authorized Crew Fitness administration may review account-level summaries and combined customer trends for workouts, nutrition logging, and hydration to improve the product and support members.

Apple Health information

The iPhone app can read walking and running workouts from Apple Health only after you choose to connect it and grant permission. Crew Fitness imports the workout type, date, distance, and duration into your private cardio log. It does not sell Health data, use it for advertising, or write workouts back to Apple Health.

Your email choice

Creating an account does not require agreeing to promotional email. You can change your optional email preference at any time from your account. Essential verification, password reset, security, and service messages are separate.

Access and sharing

Member records, including feedback conversations, are available only to the signed-in member and authorized Crew Fitness administration. Service providers used for hosting, authentication, and email may process only the information needed to provide those services. Crew Fitness does not sell member information.

Your choices

You can review or update your account information and email preference while signed in. Before public launch, Crew Fitness will publish a dedicated privacy contact for access, correction, and deletion requests.

This beta notice describes the current product. It should be reviewed with qualified Canadian privacy counsel before a broad commercial launch.
